A little bit about us
Teddy
Lead Designer
I'm Teddy, an interior designer based in brighton and Hove, who loves helping people create homes that feel warm, personal and a joy to live in. My work is rooted in improving the way people experience their homes — creating better layouts, calmer spaces and interiors that support happier everyday living.
Alongside my residential projects, I've worked behind the scenes on several UK television productions, including Renovation Rescue (Series 1 & 2), the BBC's Clean It, Fix It, Design Masters: Celebrity Special for Children in Need, and most recently as Art Director on Series 2 of Castle Impossible. Working in television strengthened my eye for styling, sharpened my organisational skills and taught me how to solve problems creatively under pressure.
Before specialising in interior design, I spent many years in marketing, project management and graphic design. Today I bring all of that experience into every project, combining creativity with careful planning to make the design process enjoyable, collaborative and as stress-free as possible.

I’m Ian, Cocoon’s chief engineer and carpenter. With a background in mechanical engineering and many years of hands-on craftsmanship, I help turn Teddy’s custom designs into carefully built, beautifully finished pieces. I love creating high-quality joinery and practical solutions that bring our clients’ spaces to life.
